BigCommerce Category Filter

I’ve changed the template on my store and the filter is no longer displaying, what do I do?

Once you’ve logged into your dashboard go to your installation page, here you can select the template your site uses.

I’ve updated/added products, why isn’t the filter updating?

The filter will check for store updates every 24 hours, if you cannot wait that long then please click the Force Update button on the Dashboard and this will update the filter. Please note this can only be pressed once an hour.

Please can you help me add the filter to my store?

Our filter automatically installs on Stencil themes, if you have a Blueprint theme or a stencil theme that hasnt automatically installed please let us know and we will install it for you.

What do I do if I do not have a sidebar on my category page?

If the filter doesn’t automatically add a sidebar please let us know and we will install one for you.
